Here’s a vintage Hurst lightning shifter.

It’s set up for a 68-68 Camaro console. Last pic shows the GM part number on the console top plate.

I don’t know enough about this item to say it came this way or if someone made the console setup? Nicely done either way.

The main bracket has 1 950181 # stamped in it.
