SEE ALL PHOTOS - Item is in overall good clean condition, with the exception of two small areas where the vinyl has cracked a bit. They are about 1/8 in. It doesn’t affect the use and it’s hard to see as it’s in the corner folds but I am noting it as an imperfection in the item. See photos 9-12 where I’ve taken close up photos.

The calendar is out of date but the address section is unused. The notepad is also not used.
