System has a slow boot up, will stay on green boot screen for about 30 seconds then go to dashboard. Reads discs, installs thrm and plays the games. But deleting stuff off the hard drive takes forever, I believe it needs a new HDD.

The controller works with a cord, the battery holders are bent in place and some of the buttons are sort of "sticky"  I was able to play the game I installed. The controller also has part of the right grip broken off as pictured.

I did not factory reset, I deleted all profiles on it. But I wanted to leave it mostly as is so the person can test it out themselves and see if it's the HDD or something. Might even just need to be reset for all I know.

Comes with console, the controller, HDMI, and Power cord.

Does not have a game, or the USB3 cord as that goes to a different item of mine, I was just using it to test.
