Vintage Burmese Hand Painted Black & Gold Lacquered Pot Made of Papier Mache.  

This stunning pot is a true work of art, handcrafted in the 1950s in Burma. Its black and gold lacquered finish adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any room.  

The intricate hand-painted design is a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of the Burmese artisans who created it. 

Made of papier mache, this pot is lightweight yet durable, making it easy to move around and display in any space.

'Most of my collection is one of a kind. I bought the items because I liked it for myself. They were never intended to be resold. Each item has a story and when possible, I hand carried them in my luggage from all over the world to bring back to Australia. Some of the items have travelled a long way away and some of the items has been with me for more than 50 years. 

I am now retired and need to downsize. I will not be able to buy a similar item again and not able to sell it at the same price. If you buy an item from me, it most likely is the only one, I have. Not only you are buying an item you are also buying 50 years of experience.
