  • Description: The depiction of a woman unfolds before us, characterised by flowing lines and a harmonious combination of rich detail and allusion. The opulent hat and the voluminous fur boa accentuate the sitter's profile and convey a touch of sophisticated elegance. The artful reduction to essential elements leaves room for interpretation and emphasises the stylised formal language. Underdrawings in the style of a sketch complement the portrait.
