Wurlitzer models during the years 1937 until 1939 used Chicago Duo locks in their cabinets and coin boxes.  Floor models normally had a lock on top which opened using an F-1133 key. 
They do vary in length however and I am not 100% certain which models use this 11/8 inch lock.

The Lower Back Door lock used the L-1726 lock, normally in the 7/8 inch length.
