Tom Hamilton was an American football player, coach, college athletics administrator, and naval aviator who rose to rear admiral in the U.S. Navy. He was the U.S. Naval Academy's head coach from 1934 to 1936 and from 1946 to 1947 and head coach at the University of Pittsburgh. Hamilton was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a player in 1965.
