Early Anvers/Antwerp Flemish bobbin lace

Wide Flemish mirror image wide edging w torchon ground.  Some aspects of trailing ribbon-like design somewhat similar to early Milanese. Features that say Flemish:  how motifs are formed, flower shapes and scrollwork / flaring shapes in the design.  Clothwork meandering design does not form top edge. Ground.

About 1 yard 12 in. long, about 3 1/4 in. wide trailing ribbon design

Date is a best guess - Probably 17th C. based on thread, design, technique

Very good condition overall - perhaps too good for early date
