Precautions:
1. It is strictly forbidden to cut/bend materials exceeding the specified diameter and strength, so as not to affect the life of the machine.
2. Before use, the steel bar must be placed horizontally at the bottom of the fixture, and the material and the chuck axis should be 90 degrees to the fixture.
3. Release the switch immediately after bending to the end. It is strictly forbidden to keep pressing it to avoid damage to the motor body.
4. Bending/cutting dozens of times continuously. When the pump body is hot, be sure to let the machine cool down to room temperature before use to avoid damage to the pump body and seals due to excessive temperature.
5. Regularly check whether the base screw of the pool pressure valve is loose, and tighten the screw to prevent oil leakage from affecting the bending strength.
6. Keep the top exhaust hole unobstructed during use, otherwise the oil cylinder will be blocked and the machine will be damaged.
7. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil. It is recommended to use high-quality hydraulic oil above grade 46#. Generally, the hydraulic oil should be replaced once every 3-4 months.
