Return policy
We do not accept returns for custom sized dresses or dresses that require modifications.
For clothes of normal size, please send me your return request within 5 days after receiving the clothes. The returned item must be in good condition (such as new). You can try on this garment, but please make sure not to stretch or leave any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as the incorrect customized size you provided, or the standard size you chose correctly made, or your event being cancelled or no longer requiring clothing.
4. Please assist in exempting tariffs. If you do not cooperate with tax clearance, the return fee will be paid when the customer ends. Please understand that tariffs are beyond our control and we cannot guarantee or bear any taxes or fees. The free delivery terms do not include all fees related to customs clearance.
