  • Brown - TB (Super Heavy Load): can be compressed 20%

Formula: Ultimate pressure ÷ (free length x compression rate) = force generated per millimeter of compression
Example: Red, OD is 40mm, free length is 100mm,256kg ÷ (100mm × 32%) = 8kg/mm

Features:

Yellow and blue springs are mainly used for plastic mould assembly, while red, green and teal springs are mainly used for hardware assembly.
Mould springs have small size, good elasticity, high rigidity, long service life and rectangular section.
The surface is colour coated to distinguish different loads, and the appearance is beautiful.
Die springs are widely used in stamping moulds, metal die casting moulds, plastic moulds and other mechanical equipment, automobile and other fields.
