This item ships via eBay
Standard Envelope for Trading Cards, Stamps, Postcards & Coins.
Occasionally, eBay standard envelope
shipments may not track all the way through delivery.
eBay standard envelopes are handled by
the USPS and treated as first class letters rather than parcels. The barcode on
the label is different from standard USPS tracking. Not all envelopes are
scanned at pick up, acceptance at the post office or at facilities along the
way. When the barcode is scanned,
however, that is only by sorting machines at processing centers or bulk deliveries
to nearby relay boxes and not by the carrier.
