One appears to have been used more often than the other, with heavy top edge wear and a few light cracks, otherwise, they both show typical wear from use and handling, including light surface marks and scratches. They have been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and they have nice shine, are very clean, and are table ready. They are straight, not bent out of shape, have no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.
They are both hallmarked on the bottom with the UK standard anchor pictomark for the assay office in Birmingham, the lower case letter Q date code for 1890, and the lion for Sterling Silver. They are maker signed N&H in circles, mark for listed British Silversmith firm, Nathan & Hayes of Birmingham.
