All single cards under $20 now have free basic plain white envelope shipping.  The $1.00 ebay envelope option means the card will be shipped in a stay flat mailer or a more secure option if 4 cards are purchased together.   
2010 Topps Chrome Cards.  Slight bend with these cards so it's hard to get them into standard top loaders.  They were sleeved when pack fresh.  I'll ship in a card saver with cardboard.
