Interesting and old Tuba, Tenorhorn or Bariton (?) with 4 rotary valves. I guess it is a Baritone in Bb.  No makersname to be found.  Size of the horn is approx. 29 inch/74cm. The bell meassures approx. 10,5inch/27 cm. The tubing from mouthpice to bell meassures aprox. 286cm/ 112,5inches. The valves are moveable, but the 4th valve does not come back!  The slides are moveable, too.   There dents and bents, see photos. It showes repaires at the main slide and the waterkey is missing.
