From a working 2009 engine with 160,000 miles. Tried to get it through MOT emissions by fitting new valve stem seals, 2 new Vanos solenoids and timing chain (not included), but still too smokey due to piston rings/bores.

One cam follower is missing due to canibalisatoon, but everything else is present as pictured.

The head gasket was intact, so this head would be a good basis for refurb, or you could buy one cam follower and give it a try.
