This is a used Prinz Galaxy 3x Converter for manual focus 35mm SLR cameras and lenses with M42 screw mount (Zenit, old Pentax and Praktica, etc). It supports automatic stop-down via the rear pin method. I'm supplying it with front and rear caps and its original case. It's mechanically and cosmetically good but there is very slight internal dust and some small marks on the glass that don't seem to be affecting results. Additionally, there is minor cosmetic damage (scuffs etc.)

I tested focusing and stopdown on a Praktica body, and took test pictures with a Canon Eos 40D with M42 adapter using a Helios 58mm lens which I'm selling separately. Weather was a dull afternoon after rain. Pictures with and without the converter were taken a few minutes apart, and lighting may have changed slightly. All were taken at f8, 800 ASA

Buyers should be aware that all telephoto converters reduce the amount of light reaching the film/sensor and may soften images and reduce contrast. They give their best results with prime lenses (standard and moderate telephoto) and are less satisfactory with zooms and wide angle lenses.
