Our Grading System

The table below is an overview of how our grading system works. The first grade is for the sleeve and second grade is for the media/disc, e.g. VG+/EX means that the item's sleeve is in Very Good Plus condition and the media/disc is in Excellent condition.

If there is only one condition, e.g. /EX, it means that the item is not in a picture sleeve and that the media/disc is in excellent condition. Records that aren't in picture sleeves will either be in a company sleeve or a generic plain sleeve. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

DELIVERY

Combined Postage

If you add all the items you wish to purchase from us to your shopping basket/cart, and then go to the checkout page from the shopping basket page, the shipping cost will be automatically combined.

Packaging

All of our items are parcelled using strong specially designed packaging, each vinyl in an order is placed in a clear plastic sleeve and plain paper white sleeve, and is separated from its cover (unless it is advertised as sealed), to prevent any damage during transit. If an item is sealed, and you would prefer the vinyl to be placed outside of its sleeve before dispatch, please let us know.

If you wish to have a tracking number with your order, please select the "Signed" or "Express" delivery option, "Standard" delivery does not include a tracking number.

Please note, the Express option for delivery outside of the UK includes a tracking number, but has the same delivery time as the Standard option.

If you wish to receive a sealed copy of a new release item please check that we have one available before placing your order. If a sealed copy isn't available we may be able to order another copy in for you. If you would prefer for sealed items to be removed from their sleeves to avoid seam splits and sleeve damage in transit, then please let us know and we will arrange this.
