A very nice, never utilized (tested good), Lionel 49814 American Flyer #774 Style Floodlight Tower made for O/027 & S gauge train layouts in 2003.  

Works great with all other O/S scale trains from American Flyer, Lionel, K-Line, Williams, etc... 

This Floodlight tower features a (manually) rotatable 4 incandescent bulb metal  Floodlight head, metal tower/ building & ladder, plastic base & platform and classic American Flyer #774 floodlight tower colors & graphic. 

This is a great layout accessory with height, light & lots of visual appeal!

Tower can be run off track power (illuminated floodlights lets you know track is energized) or accessory power terminals/source.  I did briefly test it and it works great!  

Comes with the original box, inserts, 2 hook-up wires, a spare bulb & and I will wrap & pack with care prior to shipping.
