Effect: The performer can start by using the cutter to slice a carrot, cigarette, etc. in two pieces - really - then repeat with a banknote, which is unharmed.

The performer shows a metal blade that slides into a metal holder with a hole in it. The blade is lifted and a rolled up banknote, pencil, cigarette, etc. is placed through the hole. The performer pushes the blade down to the bottom of the holder, right through the banknote. The apparatus can then be handed over for examination. If a spectator tries it, the object will be sliced in two!
