American Alloy/Toy Creation Lead Toy Soldier. Very hard to find and rarely seen.  In really nice used condition with very little paint loss. These are always BROKEN...both the antennas and the gun stocks. This is the nicest Walkie Talkie figure I've seen in almost 25 years of collecting.
