So we run a "clean out" service and we are hired to clear out houses/barns/sheds for any number of reasons. But so often we see so many great things get thrown away that we decided to try to salvage some of it. So that's our goal here. And I have to say it's been pretty awesome to get feedback from a number of folks who connected with something they never thought they would see again. Not gonna get all cheesy on ya - but it's a good thing to see.

Anyway - not so sure this one is going to fall into that category - but who knows, right? So this is an artist I'm not familiar with at all but I thought it was pretty cool she did a limited run print that she signed each of. And it's framed/matted it with an ornament that ties into the painting. Can't say I've ever see that before. And it's funny - I've been meaning to put this up and I was walking my daughter's dog out on this farm she works on - and there is Wisteria starting to grow on some really old trees and fences. I thought it looked cool so I was taking a pic and remembered this painting I needed to get up. And I mean come on - I live in SC and this is a SC painting - how could I overlook that? Gotta represent!

I know SC is kinda like the red headed stepchild of the US....well maybe Alabama has us beat....but I still love it here. Except the summers. Dear Lord that is a heat like no other. I always say that SC has only 2 seasons - hot and d*mn hot.

Anyway back to the painting - the painting and ornament and frame seem to be in really good shape. Only thing I think is missing is the tag on the back that normally comes with these kinds of series. I can see the glue strip where it must have been. But outside of that it's in great shape. So if this is an artist you like - this piece is 25 years old and looks great for it's age (I tell that to all the paintings to make them feel good). And it's '99 - last of the century!

Don't know much more than that - but please look closely at the pics and let me know if there are specific things you want me to look at or take pics of. We will provide whatever we can.

Couple of FYI & CYA notes - we are offering more shipping options for things that might be more fragile and need to be handled better to ensure their safety. Obviously a bit more cost for better service from the PO - but we will leave that up to the person who purchases. And if someone wants even more specialized shipping let us know and we will work out the details/cost with you.

Also - since a lot of these items are older and some are difficult to determine their origin - we can't be responsible for anything after a person has received their purchase. Obviously we will honor everything up to that point - we want you to get what is in the auction - customer comes first. But once it reaches you in the same condition we sent it in - then we have to rely on the buyer to assume responsibility of the item from that point onward.
