'PAW PATROL' 20 VINTAGE FIGURES AND VEHICLES ~ 'SPIN MASTER' & 'SML' TOYS
RARE EARLY FIGURES & VEHICLES ~ SOME DATED 2015.
This week on EBay I am offering up this big lot of vintage "PAW Patrol" figures and vehicles.
This is a group of about 20 PAW Patrol figurines and vehicles that my kids used to gently play with. There are figures from at least 3 different 'sets' or series in this lot, including some very early ones from 2015.
This group of figurines are some of the earlier ones and mostly consist of the 7 core members of the original cast, before the characters expanded widely and even included some First Responder Cats and a Paraplegic Rescue Dog named Rex, who happened to be an expert on Dinosaurs.
In the summer of 2014, Spin Master introduced a toy line based on the popular series.
The PAW Patroller toys were one of the 'hot' items during the 2015 holiday season.
This group of PAW Patrol figurines include several that are marked and dated 'Spin Master 2015' making them some of the rarer, earlier figurines.
There are 3 larger figurines, 2 smaller ones, and 3 vehicles from the 2015 line. They are marked and dated.
The rest of the figures, including many 'doubles', are marked 'SML' (Spin Master Ltd?) with a code number and marked 'China'. I'm not sure when these were made but likely in the late 2010's, when my kids were still interested.
One is an odd man out, marked '2020 Spin Master - aaglobal.com', which is a local toy company here in Baltimore. Not sure how he got in there.
These figures are mostly all early toys and focus on the original 7 characters in the show.
The figures include: Chase, Marshall, Rocky, Skye, Zuma and Rubble.

As you probably know if you're reading this, 'Paw Patrol' was a popular animated TV show for children, airing on Nickelodeon.
The series follows the exciting adventures of a young boy named Ryder who leads a crew of search and rescue dogs that call themselves the PAW Patrol.
The dogs all have special rescue skills and work as a team to complete various missions and to protect the people of Adventure Bay, their hometown.
Each member of the Paw Patrol team has specific skill set that resembles those of real-life professionals and First Responders, such as a firefighter, a police officer, Paramedic, or a construction worker.
All of the members of PAW Patrol live in fancy doghouses that transform into customized vehicles, or "pupmobiles", used for their missions. There are 3 vehicles in this lot.
Each member of the team is equipped with special hi-tech backpacks called "pup packs" that contain items relating to their special skills and they are all experts in using various tools and equipment.
The episodes of 'PAW Patrol' typically start with the dogs going about their everyday lives in Adventure Bay, doing what dogs do, until Ryder, their young human leader, learns of an emergency or situation where the Team is needed.
Often the emergencies are created by, or noticed by, the 2 main 'adults; in the show, a Marine Biologist named Cap'n Turbot or the town's Mayor, Mayor Goodway.
The Adults alert Ryder, who alerts the team via their blinking pup tags.
The team assembles at their headquarters called The Lookout, take an elevator up to the ready room, get their mission assignment, and then ride a slide down to their specialized vehicles and take action.
Most episodes end with Ryder stating his catchphrase "Whenever you're in trouble, just yelp for help!"

'PAW Patrol' was created by Canadian Keith Chapman, of 'Bob the Builder' fame, and was produced by Spin Master Entertainment, with animation provided by Guru Studios.
After becoming popular on Canadian TV, the series premiered on Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. in the United States on August 12, 2013.
Since its debut, the series has expanded and developed into a large franchise.
PAW Patrol was one of the most popular and highest-rated, preschool TV programs in the United States
The PAW Patrol animated cartoon became a very successful series on Nickelodeon, before expanding into Movies, Video Games and PAW Patrol toys like these figurines.
There were many toys, figurines, vehicles, and plush dolls marketed by 'Spin Master' all of which sold well.
In August 2021, a 'PAW Patrol' film was created , followed by a sequel in 2023, 'The Mighty Movie', both of which were very popular.
I've sort of lost track of 'PAW Patrol' as my Kids grew out of it, but I think it's still going strong and in it's 10th or 11th season.

The roughly 20 figures and vehicles in this lot include: Chase, Marshall, Rocky, Skye, Zuma and Rubble, all the early characters.
RYDER is a 10-year old boy and the leader, organizer, and teacher of the PAW Patrol pups.
Ryder adopted each of the pups and trained them to be a part of PAW Patrol. He runs The Lookout and serves as PAW Patrol’s supervisor during their various rescue missions. When he receives a distress call, he summons the pups to The Lookout via his Pup Pad.
Ryder's main vehicle is a red ATV.

CHASE is a German Shepherd. A natural leader, he is a police, security and traffic cop dog. He's second-in-command of the PAW Patrol, and can often be seen wearing a police hat.
Chase is also an excellent Spy dog. He has an incredible sense of smell and sight, but also has a horrible cat allergy. His tagline is "Chase is on the case!"
His main vehicle is a blue police truck that can transform into a spy truck.

MARSHALL is a silly & clumsy, but competent, Dalmatian who serves as a firefighter and paramedic pup. He often wears his red fireman's hat.
Marshall is the team’s brave firedog, but his 'schtick' is that he's always the last one on the scene.
His main vehicle is a red fire truck that can transform into an ambulance.

ZUMA is a chocolate Lab who loves water and serves as an aquatic rescue pup. His primary purpose is to rescue sea animals and people from underwater emergencies.
Zuma has a slight speech impediment and can't pronounce his R's correctly. He typically wears an orange helmet and orange pup-pack.
His vehicle is an orange hovercraft, which travels on both land and water, and can even turn into a submarine.

ROCKY is an imaginative, and mechanically gifted mixed-breed dog who serves as the team's Handyman and a Recycling advocate. His primary purpose is to use recycled items to fix and repair broken objects. He can fix anything. His motto is "don’t lose it – reuse it!"
He hates water and drives a lime green recycling truck which is a cross between a garbage truck and a forklift.

RUBBLE is an English Bulldog who is an expert in Construction. His primary purpose is to help with construction-related work, such as digging, demolition, and carrying supplies to fix damaged buildings. He wears yellow construction gear.
He hates spiders, which are often found is his construction projects, but loves to skateboard and eat snacks.
When he's not busy with a construction project, he throws on his cool shades , spins tunes and raps as DJ Rubble!
His vehicle is a modified yellow bulldozer.

SKYE, one of the rare Female rescue dogs, is a Cockapoo (cocker spaniel/poodle mix) that serves as the team's air rescue pup. Her main jobs are flying and search & rescue.
She's the smallest member of the team but bravely takes on any mission. She likes to do back-flips and often flies a grey helicopter with pink highlights.

These cool figures are perfect for any fan of the popular 'PAW Patrol' TV show.
They are in excellent, gently used, condition and ready for playtime or for displaying.
I didn't wash them, for fear of damaging their surfaces, but they are from my smoke free, pet free home.
I tried to include a Quarter and a Ruler in my photos to give an idea of their size.
