Nice used old alto saxophon. The bell reads:"The Popular V Kohlerta Synove Kraslice C.S.R." (Kohlert sons, graslitz)The back reads: "245369 ". The neck has a micro tuner!The pads looks used. The silvern color is partly a bit worn (pic) . The instrument needs  service, adjustment and cleaning. It comes with an old  unsigned mouthpiece. .
