Old book, believed circa 1889?. 

Covers and spine showing signs of wear, grubby and bumped. 

Pencil markings on leading and ending pages. 

One of the page leaves has come away from the rest, but is still included. 

A couple of the page sections are becoming very loose but are still attached. 

Pages throughout are yellowing and brown spotting due to its age and incorrect storage.
