This is a charming, small, hat from Meyer Brothers in Patterson New Jersey. The inside ring is about 6" in diameter, too small for me to wear properly, but you can get the idea. It appears to be felt, but I don't know the composition. It is round with a small tube of the same material running around the fold and overlapped like a bow without the loops. If you unfold the outside there is very little change in color, so it is not faded, it is a uniform, a nice dark blue. It ciuld use a good brushing or a drycleaning, but is perfectly wearable as it is.
