You are bidding on a first flight cover (FFC) from the Philippines under American Administration.  The cover was carried on the Manila to Macau leg of the PAA Manila-Macao-Hong Kong route and is franked with Scott Nos. 386, 388, 390, and C48.  Postmarked in Manila on the morning of April 28, 1937, it was backstamped in Macao later the same day.  The handstamped cachet notes the first flight via PAA.  The envelope is unsealed and empty however, the flap is torn and partially stuck down.  The colored band is from the stocksheet.  See scans of front and back.
