This product is a figurine of Magician Mickey from the Walt Disney Collectors Society. This is a membership sculpture, so only card carrying members were allowed to purchase it.

It was made in 1997 in Thailand and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. The figurine stands at 5 inches tall and is part of the WDCC franchise.
