Clen with clear details on both sides, milled edge. Obverse design with King George VI facing left and legend around the edge. Reverse side design has a Rose in the center, on a branch with two leaves, on the left side of the Rose is a Thistle and the right side has a Shamrock, above all, the British Crown at top center. Around the edge is continuation of King George VI legend on the top half, FID : DEF : + : IND : IMP :  and below, TWO  SHILLINGS 1937.  Below the Thistle is a "G" and below the "SHAMROCK" and "R". this was the first year of coins mint for King George VI. This  Two Shilling is in Extra Fine condition.
