The truss rod head is mostly stripped so it's not fully adjustable. The neck is strait and the frets are in good condition so it plays good right now, but adjusting the truss rod will be a challenge if not impossible without replacing the truss rod nut (please see all 23 photos). Cosmetically it is in very good condition for the age and it has a very nice rosewood board in my opinion. Authentic Fender American Stratocaster neck.
