This is for a video rescue phone, made by Rescue Phone.  It comes with two Sony Walkman GV-D900 NTSC Mini DV.  These are very rare to come by in themselves and  costly.  This is police rescue unit that is used to give to a hostage situation or when someone falls in a mineshaft.  It comes in two parts.  The basic controller and the handset in a separate bag.  The handset, I believe,  has a hidden camera in it which can monitor visually in the subject location.  You do not need to pay the $9,000 for this when new, you can get it nor for a fraction for the cost of the Sony mini video system.  This comes with a bunch of ancillary equipment for the set.  Comes in a suitcase and canvas bag.  This stuff is  very heavy.  Comes in two boxes.
