The outfit needs a little love.  I think with some effort the outfit can be a little cleaner.  Also, the snap is missing from the skirt so it needs a new snap/ mending.  I also think with proper/ careful cleaning the top can come out a little cleaner. The squishy black shoes look pretty good with no rips.
