Works 100%. Very few minor scuffs and scratches - see pics.

In my unscientific testing, the battery lasted about 8 hours of MP3 playing. Your mileage may vary.

The only real flaw I could find is a small crack on the front near the home button - see last picture - it's circled in red. It doesn't affect the usage of it and is only noticeable if you look for it. If this bothers you or you think it might, please do not bid on this.
