It has an amazing character. Sharp wide open and more sharp at f4. A good vintage feel without being hampered by bad optics. Compared to my expensive Zeiss 50mm - it’s 98% as good. Shows the same bokeh character and similar color. It’s amazing…. But I really have a LOT of 55mm lenses.

The focus and iris are working like they should.

There is some internal dust - like any lens of this age. Nothing that the camera sees.. but I can see a speck.

The only other negative is the filter ring. It does work- but the UV filter I have is a bit tight. I don’t know if it’s the lens or the UV filter thread. The lens cap screws on with ease (a rare screw cap)

For this reason I am not including the uv filter. There is a very minor bump in the thread area but is almost undetectable.

Just wanted to be clear i case you want a mint lens. It’s good and amazing - but not mint!!!

All the samples are wide open except for the obvious ones with different bokeh which are f5.8, f8, f11

Ships following morning.
