LIONEL TYPE (R) 100 WATT TRAINMASTER TRANSFORMER that needs some work.

Here are the issues I'm aware of:

The right knob was cracked and glued at some point.  

The right bulb lights up but not the left one. I tried using a new bulb and that didn't help.

The colored red and green bulb covers don't stay in place on their own and are taped to hold them there.

There are cosmetic issues that you can see in the photos as well.

It needs some electrical work too. I plugged it in and hooked it up to a track and it started humming. When i put my locomotive on the track it would sometimes move and sometimes not. Sometimes backwards, sometimes forwards. I wouldn't buy this unless you know how to fix these up.

This transformer is also missing the bottom metal plate.

This is being being sold as-is no returns. So please only buy this if you know how to fix it.
