Pen Case is in brand new condition but has stored these pens so it is pre-owned.  The pens have not been used but are not new so they are also pre-owned.  I tested all 9 pens, there are a couple where the fine tip is weak but all of the bold tip seam fine.  I've included a picture of the test paper I used.  All of the pens are being sold "as is" as I do not know how old they are and cannot guarantee that they will last like new ones would.
