PLANT WILL BE SHIPPED BARE ROOT AND THE LEAVES WILL BE REMOVED FOR SHIPMENT (SEE PICTURE 2 FOR AN EXAMPLE)  PLUMERIA LEAVES GROW QUICKLY IN SPIRNG & SUMMER SO IT WON'T TAKE LONG FOR YOU TO HAVE LUSH BEAUTIFUL VARIEGATED LEAVES. IN FALL & WINTER THE PLANT WILL BE DORMANT AND WILL NOT GROW NEW LEAVES UNTIL SPRING. 

OUR PLANTS RANGE IN SIZE BETWEEN 10 AND 12 INCHES TALL. BUT SOMETIMES A LITTLE SHORTER OR SOMETIMES A LITTLE LONGER. LENGTH AND THICKNESS DOES VARY. THE PICTURE IS ONLY TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT. IF U WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH ONE OF THE SMALLER SIZES WE RESPECTFULLY ASK U NOT TO BUY BECAUSE U COULD VERY WELL GET ONE OF THE SMALLER ONES. HOWEVER ALL PLANTS HAVE A VERY STRONG GARFT AND ARE VERY WELL ROOTED!

 DO NOT transplant into giant pots or directly into the ground upon arrival! You will kill it if you do! We do not refund or replace for failing to follow planting instructions. PLANT IN 4 INCH POT FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BEFORE MOVING UP TO NEXT SIZE OR PLANTING INTO THE GROUND.

If you are buying more than one plant there is no need to wait for an invoice to be sent. Just place everything in your cart and pay through your cart. Some of our items ship for free while others there is a shipping charge. So if you are buying different plants and some have a shipping charge your will automatically get the shipping discount when you pay through your cart. There are no discounts for items that have FREE shipping. No shipping discount will be give for items with shipping cost if paid for individually! In order to get the shipping discount for items that have a shipping cost they MUST BE PAID FOR TOGETHER using your cart!!!

NOTICE: If your plant arrives badly damaged, very unhealthy or dead I will need photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. No exceptions will be made if you do not report a problem that meets our replacement critieria within 24 hours of delivery with photos. I will need photos of the box and the plant in order to send out a replacement. Some leaves  that come off during shipment or minor branch breakage does not constitute serious damage. I will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, or dead on arrival. Some wilting and/or yellowing of leaves or leaf lose it normal.

 We are inspected by the state of Mississippi Agriculture Dept. 

We routinely spray our plants with miticides, insecticides and fungicides as preventive measures. So please note that your plant could arrive with white residue on it from our spraying routine.

WARNING: Always retrieve packages from the mail as soon as it is delivered. If left in a mailbox during freezing temps it will kill the plant(s). If left in mailbox during extreme heat it will kill the plant(s), It is the buyers responsibility to track the package and get it as soon as it is delivered. Tracking information automatically uploads so buyer is able to see exactly what day there package will arrive. So buyers please make sure that you are going to be able to get your package as soon as it arrives. Seller not responsible for plants that are dead due to being left out in the mailbox in extreme heat or cold.

IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBLITY TO MAKE SURE THIER ADDRESS IS CORRECT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR PLANTS RETURNED BECAUSE ADDRESS IS INVALID. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR PLANTS THAT ARE REFUSED. ALWAYS ACCEPT THE PLANT REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION OF PACKAGE. IF THEIR IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PLANT SEND A PHOTO WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND WE WILL BE IN TOUCH DURING OUR OFFICER HOURS MONDAY & THURSDAY MORNINGS.

Orders are prepared and packaged for shipment on Monday afternoon's and Thursday afternoon's. Orders ship out on Tuesday mornings and Friday mornings.
