This pole is an open box return and has been refurbished and it is being sold as used.  In many cases the poles are in perfect condition but the packaging is tatty or damaged.  Each pole is checked before shipping that it is in perfect working order and if in the unlikely event that something is not functioning correctly, we will quickly take care of the issue and send you the parts necessary to solve any issue.
