Manufacturers description:

5 wheel Anti-Tip Technology

Only Quingo has the unique 5-wheel stability system offering exceptional stability, agility, safety and comfort. This enhanced design feature allows Quingo scooters to use far less space when making a tight turn – without fear of tipping or falling, all whilst allowing enhanced control when negotiating dips and bumps. Ideal indoors or out, it can be used around your local neighbourhood, for shopping trips or even for a stroll in the park. So say goodbye to tipping and multi-point turns and say hello to the Quingo. Appreciate the blend of comfort, performance and portability.

• Unrivalled agility and a tighter turning circle – In independent research carried out by Thorpe Associates the 5 wheel Quingo proved to be more manoeuvrable than any 4 wheel scooter, of comparable length, available today. This makes for agility, while maintaining safety, in places with restricted space such as small shops and shopping centres.

• No ordinary portable mobility scooter – Enhanced 5 wheel stability. The first generation, 3 wheel portable mobility scooters, while agile, are unable to match 4 wheel portables when it comes to stability. Using British designed 5 wheel Quintell™ technology makes for unrivalled stability, crucial for negotiating hills and slopes and when mounting or descending kerbs.

• Enhanced comfort & posture control – Being able to achieve a healthy posture is a vital consideration when choosing any mobility vehicle. Quingo is the only range of mobility scooters that feature adaptive footplates and allow for full ergonomic posture control, affording exceptional comfort even on those lengthy excursions. The feet forward configuration of Quingo allows customers of a loftier stature, and those who may suffer joint stiffness, to be accommodated in comfort in a portable vehicle measuring only 107 cm in length.

• Safer kerb handling – even at angles. Kerbs can represent considerable obstacle to scooter users. Only the Quingo 5 wheel system features the capability to ascend and descend kerbs at an angle of up tp 45°. Additionally Quingo’s patented Kerbmaster not only prevents tipping but also eliminates beaching with it’s auto-powered drive system.

• Automatic regenerative braking, automatic electromagnetic parking

GMS Mobility 5-Star Warranty Information

We pride ourselves here at GMS Mobility on aftercare. It’s the after-sales service that is most important when dealing with Mobility Scooters and Powerchairs.

What happens if I have a technical or operational issue within the warranty period?

You simply email or call us for assistance. We are on hand to help with absolutely any query or issue that you have with your product, from just wanting to go through the operational controls to help if you believe the item is faulty. We want to help!

What if my scooter or powerchair arrives faulty or develops a fault in the warranty period?

The chances are, we are not local to you but we strongly believe that we offer a faster and more efficient warranty turnaround than your local mobility store!

In the unlikely event that your scooter or powerchair develops a fault, you simply contact us and we will arrange for our trusted specialist collection firm to come to your door usually the very next day! We receive it back to our HQ in Colchester within a couple of working days where our engineer looks at it straight away. Our service department will aim to turn it around within 24-48 hours subject to having the parts in stock (if parts are needed). If we need to order a part, most manufacturers keep most in stock and in most cases, only takes a few days to arrive to us.

Is there a cost involved with collecting my Scooter or Powerchair?

No, we pay for the collection and delivery costs unless the return is due to user error. This will be rare as we do like to run through what is happening and see if we can resolve the issue over the phone first.

Do I need to package up my Scooter or Powerchair for the collection couriers?

No, we use a specialist firm that takes it away fully assembled so no need to do anything except make sure the charger is included, if possible.
