Waistband elasticated at back and there are belt loops.

Skirt outer is blue and white stripes with pink flamingos, very pretty.

Armpit to armpit across back 12 to 16 inches as the top is cotton elastane blend.

Waist 22 to 27 inches due to elasticated section.

Shoulder to hem approx. 24 inches.
