Here we have a lovely antique Junghans bracket / mantel clock which dates to circa 1900.

The case has a lovely Architectural top and is very nicely carved as can be seen. The door opens to access the dial which is set out with Arabic numerals and has a lovely detailed chapter ring and pretty spandrels to the four corners. The clock is raised on a nicely shaped plinth base which again has been nicely carved. To the rear is a door which opens to access the movement.

The clock only ticks for a short time so is being sold as not working. But when working will chime the hours on the hour and once at half past. The movement is stamped with the Junghans trademark. The clock is complete with it's pendulum and key.

It measures approximately : 10 3/4 inches / 27.5 cm wide x 7 inches / 18 cm deep x 15 inches / 38 cm high

CONDITION: The clock only ticks for a short time so is being sold as not working. The case is in nice condition just minor knocks / marks commensurate with age and the mask around the dial is lose so will need regluing in place, the dial has some age related marks as can be seen in the photographs. Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition, as what you view is exactly what you will receive.
