Vintage French axe. Nice shape.

Head is rust pitted and handle is rustic! In other words it is an old piece of stick with splits and worm holes. In fairness though it is tight on the head and the screw would suggest it’s been there for quite a while.

Measures nearly 40 cm overall length and weighs about 1.44 kg.

It has been lightly waxed.
