Device is tested and in working condition. There are no batteries included. The listing includes the keyboard, receiver, and mouse. The keyboard and mouse are noticeably dirty and may need some additional TLC to make it look nice again. Due to the fact that I haven't done this I have priced the item accordingly. 

What you see is what you get. 

Item will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Ground Saver. (Whichever is cheapest.)
