The Wurlitzer Lock Assembly # 45072 is used on the back door of models 1015, 1080 and 1250.  It uses the same RW-75 key that is used by the front door or dome locks.

This lock is often found in less than perfect condition due to the machines having been slid on to trucks while laying on its back.
