These beautiful notes have been graded GEM New 65 and GEM New 66 with Premium Paper Quality by PCGS Banknote. The DC block has 1 runs and 4 plate combinations all valued at over $15 in UNC condition. These notes have the 2/9 plate combo. WEB notes are becoming more collectible as the amount of uncirculated examples available to collectors decreases. The failed experiment has produced some of the most highly sought after $1 Federal Reserve notes and a large market has developed for these notes as collectors have taken notice.
