Used inflatable Airhead Tilt towable tube, in clear. Features a foam ball that will bounce around the interior when it is in use (to keep with the pinball theme).

Inflated for multiple days with no sign of air loss. Definitely used, with some scuffs (I cleaned some of them off, and may get to more). No patches, rips, tears, unpleasant odors or other noticeable defects.
