My incubators are full and I need to sell excess eggs. I have been having a very good hatch rate.
Eared Pheasants can be tricky to hatch so please read up on them.
They
require 99.8 degree temp and 48 to 55 % humidity. Most quality
incubators run at the right humidity. They take 28 days to hatch. Do not
help chicks once they start to pip. This can cause deformities. Be
patient, it can take up to 48 hours to hatch after chicks pip. Do not
even attempt to hatch in a still air incubator. You'll be wasting your
money and then blame me for a poor hatch.
Also, beware that
the vibration due to shipping can damage the air sack membrane. This is
very common. If the air sack moves, the egg is no good.
