·       I pack items with extreme care but in case a buyer finds item(s) broken/damaged upon arrival, a buyer needs to notify the seller no later than 3 days after the receipt with photos of: Front and side views of original package/box with visible shipping label attached, broken item in the original packaging in the box, broken item’s up-close shots. Please do not return damaged item(s).

 

2) Regular Return

·       Buyer pays original shipping charge and return shipping if the item is returned within 14 days in unused condition as per original shipment. No return or damage claim will be accepted beyond 14 days.
