Batman was made by Applause in 1989 and does not have moving parts. This one is shorter than the others- about 3.5 inches tall. The others are made by Kenner in the 1990's and are jointed. Normal signs of age and play and use (marks, scuffs, missing paint etc.). Robin does have some damage.
