Ornately engraved sterling silver souvenir spoon circa 1900.  5" long, 13.5 grams.  Says "State Capitol Providence R.I." with a depiction of the capitol building.  Stamped SSMC and Sterling.  Has a fish on one side of the handle with a sailboat/ship on the back. Very nice spoon, but please take a look at the photos for condition, no major issues.
